80+ Designers Join Forces To Support Families of the Atlanta Shooting Victims

Uprise Art, the Noguchi Museum and more have donated items to charitable raffle #DesignForATL.

The design community has come together to raise money for a newly launched fund that will support the families of those killed in the Atlanta spa shootings. Created by the Atlanta chapter of Asian Americans Advancing Justice, the fund aims to raise $1 million USD, all of which will be distributed amongst the eight victims’ families.

A newly launched raffle, #DesignForATL, is helping the fund reach its $1 million USD goal. Over 80 designers have donated goods to be raffled off by the Instagram-based initiative. Participants include the Noguchi Museum, Uprise Art, Dims., Coming Soon and Poketo, and prizes range from furniture to jewelry to tableware. Entries to the raffle cost $10 USD each — simply donate to the Asian Americans Advancing Justice fund and write #DesignForATL along with the name of your desired prize in the notes section.

Head to the #DesignForATL Instagram to learn more about the initiative. Entries close on March 28 at 12 a.m. EST.
