Susan Alexandra Updates Her Signature Accessories With a Sunny-Side-Up Egg

Known for her handmade, playful accessories, New York City-based fashion and jewelry designer Susan Alexandra has teamed up with sustainable egg company Handsome Brook Farms on a three-piece collection.
The range includes a mini sky blue beaded bag that features a sunny-side-up egg at the front. Meanwhile, the hair clip and hoop earrings also come with the same motif. For those who purchase the purse, the item will arrive in a reusable Handsome Baggu bag, which you can take on quick grocery runs. The other two offerings will be wrapped in a compostable, Handsome half-dozen egg carton, encouraging customers to be creative with everyday items.
According to a press release, this collaboration “comes after a year of intense shortages and a hyper-focus on local sourcing with the intention of raising awareness.” In an effort to call attention to the importance of animal welfare and sustainable practices, the duo will be donating proceeds to NYC community fridges.
