“A beautiful little blessing has chosen me to be her mother, So honoured to have this gentle soul in my life there are no words to describe the lifelong bond that I now share with you my angel,” Campbell’s caption reads. “There is no greater love.” In 2017, Campbell told the Evening Standard that she “think[s] about having children all the time.” The icon, now 50-years-old, added, “now with the way science is, I think I can do it when I want.”
Countless fashion figures commented their congratulations on the model’s heartwarming post. “What a wonderful Mother you will be. Blessings all around,” Marc Jacobs wrote. Riccardo Tisci, Yoon Ahn and Diane von Furstenberg also expressed their excitement for Campbell.
