Acne Studios Unveils Season 4 of Repurposed Fabrics Collection

Reworking leftover materials with sustainability in mind.

Following the recent release of its tie-dye inspired Season 3 Repurposed drop, Acne Studios is continuing its sustainable practices in its latest collection, seeing a range of fabrics reimagined into new ready-to-wear pieces.

Like its predecessors, Season 4’s lineup is crafted entirely from leftover fabrics, refreshed with a soft and ethereal twist for the summer months. The womenswear pieces are constructed from materials such as chiffon, cupro, crepe, viscose, and eco-washed denim, contrasted with bold patchwork forms to create an eye-catching and imaginative look. Offerings see a range of shirts, jeans, dresses and jackets dressed in shades of lavender, red, blue and off-white, formulated into floral motifs and check patterns. Stand-out pieces include a summer-ready patchwork dress finished off with an asymmetric hem, as well as a pair of two-tone oversized denim jackets.

Peep the collection in the gallery above. The sustainably-minded series will be available from June 3, at Acne Studios retailers and on its webstore.
