Momofuku is Launching Its First-Ever Line of Noodles

Joining the brand’s popular products such as the Chili Crunch.

David Chang‘s famed restaurant brand Momofuku is launching its first-ever line of noodles. Comprised of three unique flavors, the collection also includes an exclusive “Noodle Lover’s Box” featuring five packs of each flavor.

The upcoming release will accompany Momofuku’s popular pantry products such as the Chili Crunch, Seasoned Salts, Soy Sauce and more. Made with wheat, salt and water, the plant-based noodles are air-dried and contain zero artificial flavorings and preservatives. The Soy & Scallion Noodles boast salty, sweet and savory flavors and are recommended to be served with sauteed bok choy and poached egg. Those who love spice can opt for the Spicy Soy Noodles, which can be complemented by Momofuku’s Chili Crunch. The Tingly Chili Wavy Noodles can be paired with mushrooms and fried eggs.

Each pack, which comes with five servings of the dried noodles, will be priced at $12 USD, while the “Noodle Lover’s Box” will retail for $35 USD. Momofuku’s inaugural line of noodles is set to launch on August 25 online.
