Mr. Big, or Carrie Bradshaw (played by Sarah Jessica Parker)’s love interest throughout the entire series, was originally set to cameo in the final episode of the show. However, the scene has been cut ever since Noth had allegedly assaulted multiple women. As reported by TV Line, the creative team behind And Just Like That… decided that the scenes featuring Noth and SJP in Paris weren’t crucial to the story.
Noth was first accused of sexual assault shortly after the first two episodes of And Just Like That… were released. The actor had starred in a viral campaign by Peloton following a dip in the company’s shares once viewers learned of Mr. Big’s death. After news of Noth’s misconduct broke, the fitness brand pulled the ad, and SATC co-stars SJP, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis responded by stating that they “support the women who have come forward and shared their painful experiences.”
