“I’m nervous, but I’m excited,” she told a TMZ reporter while shopping at Bristol Farms in L.A. on Tuesday, October 4. The reporter also asked Rihanna about any special guests, specifically if she plans to bring A$AP Rocky on stage with her. Riri mostly stayed tight-lipped, but she did reply “maybe.”
Rihanna’s Super Bowl halftime show performance, set to take place on February 12, 2023, is such a big deal because yes, it’s obviously Rihanna, but also because it’s been a few years since she’s performed and released new music. In recent years, the pop star has been focusing on her business ventures, which so far include Savage X Fenty, Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin. Additionally, she’s also shifted her attention towards motherhood after welcoming a baby boy with Rocky in May.
