UPDATE (October 26, 2022): Rihanna has finally shared a snippet of her upcoming single “Lift Me Up,” appearing in the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever soundtrack.

Though the snippet is only a few seconds long, fans get to hear Riri’s vocals in all its glory. Additionally, the track is reported to be a tribute song to the late actor Chadwick Boseman.

“Lift Me Up” releases on Friday, October 28. Listen to the preview below.

ORIGINAL STORY (October 25, 2022): Rihanna is making her comeback soon, releasing new music for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever set to premiere next month.

Following rumors, Marvel took to social media to release a teaser, finally confirming the news that Riri will be taking part in the film’s soundtrack. The short clip shows the title of the movie, followed by the letter “R” with the date October 28, 2022 underneath. According to The New York TimesKyle Buchanan, the musician’s new track will be the end-credits song for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
