We’re not crying, you’re crying.

Secret relationships are no surprise to you if you’re a fellow member of the LGBTQIA+ community but this couple’s Instagram reveal completely won us over.

Miss Argentina 2020, Mariana Varela, and Miss Puerto Rico 2020, Fabiola Valentin, revealed their relationship this week via Instagram. “After deciding to keep our relationship private, we opened the doors on a special day. 28/10/22,” they revealed in a joint post. Ironically, they’ve postred together before, but without any official titles.

The newlyweds have complete support from the Miss Grand International Organization, which carries out the pageants. ”Congratulations to both of you, MGIO always support ‘LOVE’ without boundaries,” they shared. Gay marriage on the other hand was just legalized in Argentina in 2010, making this love-filled moment even more culturally significant.
