Elliot Page's 'The Umbrella Academy' Character To Come Out as Transgender in S3
Meet Viktor Hargreeves.
Elliot Page has confirmed that his character Vanya Hargreeves in The Umbrella Academy will come out as transgender in Season 3.
“Meet Viktor Hargreeves,” Page wrote on Twitter, along with a first-look photo of his character. The streaming giant retweeted the actor’s post with the caption, “Welcome to the family, Viktor — we’re so happy you’re here.”
The upcoming season will also see the return of Viktor’s siblings Klaus (Robert Sheehan), Allison (Emmy Raver-Lampman), Luther (Tom Hopper), Diego (David Castañeda), Number Five (Aidan Gallagher) and Ben (Justin H. Min). However, the group must navigate around their new reality and face the aftermath of their actions from Season 2. Earlier this month, Netflix shared a sneak peek of what to expect in the third season — the Sparrow Academy.
