Sarah Jessica Parker's 'And Just Like That...' Premiere Dress Is up for Auction
100% of the proceeds will be donated to UNICEF.
The dress Sarah Jessica Parker wore to the And Just Like That… premiere is now up for auction.
Oscar de la Renta, the designer behind the gown, has joined forces with resale platform Encore to launch the online auction of which all proceeds will go towards UNICEF. The dress, worn by SJP herself, is crafted in the fashion house’s NYC atelier from pewter silk chiffon with magnolia hand embroidery. The garment additionally features a blush tulle underskirt.
“It was a privilege to wear this dress to the And Just Like That… premiere last December, and I’m humbled and honored to partner with my friends at Oscar de la Renta to now auction it off via Encore,” the actor shared. “All proceeds of the sale will be donated to UNICEF, an organization I feel called to support now more than ever given current geopolitical conflicts and the immediate and growing threats posed to so many innocent children. It feels meaningful to bid adieu to the dress this way, and I look forward to seeing what closet she calls home next.”
