Hoyeon Jung to Star in New Apple Thriller Series, 'Disclaimer'

Marking her first acting gig after Netflix’s ‘Squid Game.’

Hoyeon Jung has secured her next acting gig following her breakthrough performance in Netflix‘s Squid Game. The model-turned-actor will be starring in Apple TV‘s upcoming thriller series titled Disclaimer.

Directed by Alfonso Cuarón, the TV show — based on a novel of the same title written by Renee Knight — will additionally star Cate Blanchett, Kevin Kline, Sacha Baron Cohen and Kodi Smit-McPhee. Blanchett will play the role of Catherine Ravenscroft, a television documentary journalist, while Jung will portray Kim, a character described to be ambitious and hardworking who attempts to work with Catherine for her big break.

In addition to Cuarón, Disclaimer is executive produced by Blanchett with Knight as the co-executive producer. Stay tuned as we learn more about when Disclaimer will premiere.
