Saweetie Serves Ankle-Length Gingerbread Hair Moment

When it comes to her hairstyles, Saweetie never stops — she just keeps getting better. Since shaving off her hair back in December 2021, the “Icy Girl” has been icing us out with back-to-back switch-ups of her hair.
In February, the “My Type” rapper donned a green flipped bob and right afterward, took all our money from the bank sporting blonde money-piece hair highlights. At the Billboard Women in Music Awards earlier this week, Saweetie struck again with hair all the way down to her “Tory flip-flops,” revealing a custom 50-inch, gingerbread brown wig.
The 28-year-old California native dazzled on the red carpet in a Valentino Spring 2020 Haute Couture dress featuring a plunging V-shaped neckline that showed off her voluptuous frame. The look paired nicely with a reddish brown custom wig from Hair Queen LA, with hairstylist Kendall Dorsey adding in some loose body waves for the finished result.
If Saweetie’s latest look is any indication, gingers, strawberry blondes and honey blondes will rule the hair color grid this spring.
