Meet the Cast of Netflix's 'Bridgerton' Spinoff Series

The show has found its young Queen Charlotte.

Netflix and Shondaland have revealed the cast of the limited series based on the origins of Queen Charlotte (played by Golda Rosheuval) from Bridgerton.

Rosheuval, Adjoa Andoh and Ruth Gemmell will be reprising their parts as Queen Charlotte, Lady Agatha Danbury and Lady Violet Bridgerton, respectively. Joining them are India Amarteifio as young Queen Charlotte, Michelle Fairley as Princess Augusta, Corey Mylchrees as young King George, Arsema Thomas as young Agatha Danbury, Sam Clemmett as young Brimsley, Richard Cunningham as Lord Bute, Tunji Kasim as Adolphus, Rob Maloney as the Royal Doctor, Cyril Nri as Lord Danbury and Hugh Sachs as an older Brimsley.

According to the streaming giant, the show will center on “Queen Charlotte’s rise to prominence and power.” “This Bridgerton-verse prequel tells the story of how the young Queen’s marriage to King George sparked both a great love story and a societal shift, creating the world of the Ton inherited by the characters in Bridgerton,” it adds in its description.

Stay tuned for the show’s official trailer and release date.
