Amber Heard's 'Aquaman 2' Scenes Will Reportedly Be Deleted
Following the Johnny Depp vs. Amber Heard defamation case.
Rumor has it that Warner Bros. Pictures will delete Amber Heard‘s scenes from Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom.
The decision comes after the final verdict of the Johnny Depp vs. Amber Heard defamation case, which the 58-year-old actor won last week. According to reports, insider KC Walsh said that higher-ups have discussed how they’ll strategically remove Heard’s character Mera in the film to avoid any negative press before the movie’s premiere next year. “Walsh’s rumor suggests Mera may die during childbirth at the start of the sequel, but its upcoming test screening will be telling,” as per The Direct.
Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom is scheduled to release on March 17, 2023.
