Bella Hadid Approves Of The Low-Rise Trend
The supermodel brings back the Victoria’s Secret-esque aesthetic.
In the early 2010’s, low-rise Victoria’s Secret flared yoga pants were that girl’s defining apparel. For those who know, the sleek garments were all anything fashion girlies of that time wanted to wear. Coming in a variety of colors, the fitted bottoms were often folded down, showing off a bold print and hip bones for all to see. Now that Gen Z have officially declared the death of skinny jeans, we are moving back in time to merge two trends – wide legged and low-rise pants.
These days, Bella Hadid is revamping the look for modern times. The model was seen wearing figure-flattering beige flared pants with an uber low-rise silhouette, courtesy of a wide waistband. Hadid paired her early aughts bottoms with a simple graphic tee and tan handbag, alongside heeled snakeskin loafers. Instagram’s favorite It-girl took to the social media app to show off her Y2k ensemble, posing with her hair and makeup team. Other shots featured the Palestinian-Dutch beauty flaunting her unbelievably flat midriff and back dimples, thanks to the low-cut pants.
