“Fame, money’s not everything, I already know it/My work makes me breathe so I want more,” the K-pop star raps.

UPDATE (July 1, 2022): After much anticipation, BTSJ-Hope has finally dropped “MORE,” the first single off his upcoming solo album titled Jack In The Box. Marking the artist’s first-ever album as a solo artist, Jack In The Box arrives after J-Hope’s releases including 2019’s “Chicken Noodle Soup” released in collaboration with Becky G.

“MORE,” arriving ahead of the rest of the songs on Jack In The Box, is described to highlight J-Hope’s “unique personality and colors,” as shared in a press release. As teased earlier, the musician is seen in all-black pierrot-inspired outfits. The track additionally aims to “show the world how much [J-Hope has] grown.”

“I’m doing it all, I’m doing it all,” J-Hope sings in “MORE,” followed by a powerful chorus: “Shout out/I say more/Yeah right/Cause I want some more.” He proceeds to rap: “Fame, money’s not everything, I already know it/My work makes me breathe so I want more.”

Listen to “MORE” now on streaming platforms. The full album Jack In The Box will release on July 15. Watch the music video above.

ORIGINAL STORY (June 27, 2022): As fans of BTS’ J-Hope eagerly wait for the release of his first-ever solo album Jack In The Box, the K-pop star has shared a sneak peek at his upcoming project.

Prior to the record’s launch on July 15, the South Korean musician will be sharing his first single “MORE” on July 1. The concept images for the track see the artist dressed in a jack-in-the-box-themed look, wearing an all-black fit with a pierrot-inspired hat and shoes.
