Texas Has Stricter Dildo Laws, Than Gun Laws
It’s not giving pro-life.
Texas, also known as The Lone Star State, has made it clear that dildos are more of a nuisance than guns.
Section 43.23 of the Texas penal code, a code of laws concerning “prostitution” and “public indecency,” states that “a person who possesses six or more obscene devices of identical or similar articles is presumed to possess them with intent to promote the same.”
It goes on to state that obscene devices include: a device including a dildo or artificial vagina, designed or marketed as useful primarily for the stimulation of human genital organs.
However, according to The Texas State Law Library, there is no limit to the number of guns one can own within the state. For a state that’s primarily Republican and pro-life, this sends an interesting message.
Especially considering the state has been in turmoil with an elementary school shooting and as of June 1, a hospital shooting all in the city of Uvalde. With the recent implementation of anti-trans and anti-abortion legislation and a lack of gun control it makes people wonder — how pro-life is Texas truly?
