Chanel Unveils Pre-Fall 2022 Campaign Starring Charlotte Casiraghi
The Monaco royal stuns in the house’s signature tweed, denim and more.
Chanel has tapped its global brand ambassador Charlotte Casiraghi for its Pre-Fall 2022 campaign directed by SMITH.
The Monaco royal wears some of the fashion house’s latest arrivals, including a black corduroy jacket with lemon yellow accents on the collar and buttons, paired with a yellow mini bag. In true Chanel fashion, Casiraghi stuns in a tweed suit set with double C-branded brooches. Other standout looks include houndstooth-patterned pieces, as well as matching denim sets.
“Charlotte embodies the Chanel allure in a very authentic and natural way, all while remaining true to her own world,” Virginie Viard shared in a press release. Casiraghi added: “Virginie has known me since I was a child. It’s a natural complicity that doesn’t need explanation. When I discovered the collection, I found the things I like to wear every day and what I really feel comfortable in. There are a lot of jeans, shirts, fabrics with a certain depth like velvet… It’s important to be able to choose, to express something different depending on the moment.”
