Latto’s French Chrome Manicure Was "Giving" at the MTV VMAs
The rapper’s nails served “Big Energy” for the evening.
There were lots of statement nail moments at the 2022 MTV VMA‘s, and Latto‘s metallic french tip manicure was one of them.
Curated by nail artist Eri Ishizu, Latto’s choice for the evening were square-shaped, silver tip nails, putting a fresh and modern spin on the classic design. To arrive at this look, Ishizu left instructions in an Instagram post, making the process seem quite achievable. Soft gel tips in a medium length were opted for to get the perfect shape for the rapper, going in with a nude color base. After the manicure was shaped and cured, Ishizu used an instant chrome pen for the metallic, holographic outcome.
