Apple Unveils iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max Featuring a 48-Megapixel Camera

Starting at $999 USD and $1,099 USD, respectively.

Apple has announced its new iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max one week ahead of its official drop date.

Apple CEO Tim Cook is calling the devices the “most innovative pro lineup yet.” The new design comes in new pill-shaped cutout; however, there is some of that familiarity from past iPhones. Both the Pro and the Max will arrive in recognizable sizes — the iPhone 14 Pro features the usual 6.1-inch screen, while the iPhone 14 Max consists of your typical 6.7-inch screen. Both come in four colors: deep purple, silver, gold and space black.

Both devices are powered by the A16 Bionic and some of the unique specs included are a 48MP camera with the largest Apple camera sensor yet (as well as with 48MP-ProRaw abilities), peak HDR brightness, a larger Ultra Wide camera and a redesigned flash.

If neither the iPhone Pro and iPhone Max are for you, don’t worry, the iPhone 14 and the iPhone 14 Plus are also options. The iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus feature several of the same qualities as the iPhone 13 but more improved and updated.

The iPhone 14 will start at $799 USD, the iPhone 14 Plus will start at $899 USD. On the other hand, the iPhone 14 Pro will start at $999 USD and the iPhone 14 Max will start at $1099 USD. Pre-orders for all begin on September 9 and will be available in stores on September 16.
