Jenna Ortega Swaps 'Wednesday' Gothcore for Gucci Chic at Golden Globes
The ‘Wednesday’ star made her Globes debut in a Grecian gown.
Jenna Ortega attended her first-ever Golden Globes last night and her red carpet debut did not disappoint.
The Wednesday star swapped her usual gothcore aesthetic for an ultra-chic Grecian-style dress in soft dusky beige. Complete with cutout criss-cross waist and pleated fabric, the Gucci dress hung ever so slightly off Ortega’s shoulders and featured elegant waterfall draping towards the bottom.
Completing the look, Ortega donned a decadent display of silver jewelry, courtesy of Tiffany & Co. According to the brand, the Netflix star wore the Schlumberger, T1 and Elsa Peretti necklaces alongside the Schlumberger bracelet, earrings and rings and Victoria and Paloma rings. The actor styled her reddish-brown hair with a sweeping fringe and flicked out layers.
Alongside being nominated for ‘Best Actress in a TV Series, Musical or Comedy,’ Ortega presented the award for Best Original Song, which went to “Naatu Naatu,” by RRR.
