The 2023 Oscars Nominations Have Been Announced: See the Full List

Michelle Yeoh, Ana de Armas and more make history.

The Academy has finally announced its 2023 Oscars nominees and it contains several of your favorite films and actors, whose work earned them lots of buzz last year.

For starters, Everything Everywhere All at Once leads with the most nominations, receiving 11 nods. The nomination also includes Ke Huy Quan, who received a nod for Actor in a Supporting Role. Quan recently made headlines for his emotional speech at the 2023 Golden Globes in which he talked about his start as a child actor as Indiana Jones sidekick Short Round and his amazing acting comeback.

Michelle Yeoh and Ana de Armas are a few of the actors making history with their respective Oscar nods. Yeoh is the first Asian actress to be nominated for Best Actress since Merle Oberon in 1935. Meanwhile, de Armas is nominated in the same category, making her the first Cuban actress to be nominated for a Leading Role at the Oscars.

Several other actors received their first Oscar nominations, including Austin Butler, Jamie Lee Curtis and more.

The Oscars will take place on March 12 at 8 p.m. EST. Check out the complete list of nominees below.
