Take an Official Look at the Air Jordan 38 "Year of the Dragon"

Expected to arrive in January 2024.

With the Chinese New Year on the horizon, Jordan Brand is gearing up with new celebratory designs.

The Air Jordan 38 is putting a festive foot forward, delivering a robust colorway to commemorate the “Year of the Dragon.” A rich, vibrant red takes over the body of the sneaker with a soft jade green touching the laces and midsole, while an icy blue paints the chunky outsole. Gold adds a touch of prosperity on the sockliner as well as the tongue, staying true to the themes of the Chinese New Year. While the sneaker’s design celebrates the holiday, it remains court-ready with its plate capabilities.

Jordan Brand has yet to confirm details regarding the Air Jordan 38 “Year of the Dragon” colorway, but be on the lookout for upcoming updates. The sneaker is expected to hit shelves on January 24 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a price of $200 USD. Take a closer look in the gallery above and feast your eyes on the Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Year of the Dragon” here.
