London’s Aries has once again ventured into the world of high-end collaborations, this time teaming up with ROA Hiking to reinvent ROA’s iconic Italian Alp “Andreas” hiking boot.
The partnership brings together the best of both worlds, taking ROA’s traditional hiking boot silhouette and giving it a fresh twist with an asymmetrical toe construction, featuring reflective taping, 3MM accents and Aries’ signature flecked climbing cord in two interchangeable colorways.
The boots are available in all-black and zebra “Pony” skin versions, each adorned with dual-branded Aries x ROA logos on the high-top collar. They also retain ROA’s signature features like quick-lacing external metal hooks, a heel pull tab, rubber toe cap and a Vibram Megagrip toothed tread pattern sole.
For the campaign, Aries x ROA ventured to Newcastle, North East England, to explore the British fascination with the outdoors and draw inspiration from iconic British films such as Mike Leigh’s 1976 classic, Nuts in May and Ben Wheatley’s Sightseers.
The Aries x ROA collaboration is now available for purchase on Aries’ website, priced at $625 USD per pair.
