Miu Miu and New Balance Announce New 574 Colorways

Introducing “Blue,” “Cognac” and “Blanched White.”

Miu Miu and New Balance just announced that they’ll be continuing their footwear collaboration with three new colorways.

Once again reviving the classic 574 silhouette, the new iterations consist of fringed blue, marble-effect cognac denim and blanched white leather hues. Merging New Balance’s retro design with Miu Miu’s raw-edged aesthetic, the new sneakers revolve around the concept of reinvention — transitioning from deconstruction to reconstruction, leaving traces of its evolution behind.

First debuted on the Miu Miu Spring/Summer 2022 runway, the stacked New Balance and Miu Miu logo returns, stamped effortlessly on the sneakers’ tongue. The blue and brown editions arrive complete with raw hems of material punctuating its upper, while the white iteration boasts a smooth leather upper with tonal accents.

Celebrating the partnership, Miu Miu enlisted photographer and videographer Moni Haworth alongside model Kayla Dunlap, for a pared-back campaign exploring the parallels between fashion and function.

The New Balance x Miu Miu sneakers will be available from Miu Miu stores worldwide and online from the end of February 2023.
