Rihanna's "Wolf Cut" Proves That She’s the Queen of Hair Trends

She’s in her true rockstar era.

The “Wolf” or “Shag” cut has been in A-lister’s rotation of hairstyle trends for quite some time, but we’re here to confidently say that everyone else can move on now that Rihanna, the Queen of hair has taken a go at the look.

Rih has never been afraid to experiment with her hair and this recent debut proves that the Fenty Beauty founder is nowhere near slowing down, preggo and all. For British Vogue, the star rocked the classic rockstar version of the trendy moment — and it should be to no surprise that she nailed it. The business mogul is seen in one of the snaps from the spread with her newborn Fenty boy. While of course her son is the main character, Rihanna’s Tina Turner-esque hair is the supporting actor. Styled by her go-to stylist Yusef Williams, her hair is fluffed, pulled and teased to sheer perfection.

However, wait to grab the sheers. Rih didn’t rock this look for the Super Bowl, so we can only surmise that the look in the spread is another A-lister wig moment. But, it’s not lost upon us that she can do whatever she wants with her tresses and we wouldn’t be surprised if she would chop off her locks to secure this look semi-permanently.
