The North Face Brings the Outdoors to City Slickers With Its SS23 Collection

“Reawaken” your love for nature.

The North Face is bringing the outdoors to urban dwellers with its Spring/Summer 2023 collection, “Reawaken.”

Flexing its expertise in functional clothing, the assortment of carefully grafted garments are specifically designed for adventures out in nature. Thoughtfully made pieces deliver a high degree of versatility as detachable hems and zippers allow for greater flexibility and different modes of wearing.

Standouts include the Transform Hard Shell jacket that arrives with Dryvent fabrics and a removable hem, offering both a short and long jacket in one. Elsewhere, dual-track zippers provide a hybrid style as vests lined with a multitude of pockets can be attached to outerwear pieces for an extra layer. Painted in a deep khaki shade, coats are accented with an electric camouflage pattern for extra flair. Sleek trench coats could easily be worn in the heart of the concrete jungle, thanks to its elegant silhouette. The belt creates the coveted cinched waist, while a removable hood boasts multiple articulation points to customize the fit.

Classic, cozy hoodies continue the collection’s utilitarian aesthetic as drawstrings line the hem, while City Casual Pants are elevated with WINDWALL and DWR coating, alongside Wide Leg Flared Pants. The offering is not complete with footwear as genderless Oxeye Tech runners and women’s exclusive Hypnum Luxe sneakers round out the pack, utilizing a slip-proof design and providing cushioning for extra comfort.

Take a look at The North Face’s SS23 collection in the gallery above and look out for a release in stores across Asia.
