adidas Skateboarding Taps Dime for Exclusive Footwear and Apparel Collection
Unveiling a new adidas Superstar ADV silhouette and matching Superfire tracksuits.
adidas Skateboarding and Montreal-based brand Dime have teamed up to launch a new collection of footwear and apparel that combines signature adidas modern skate silhouettes with Dime’s distinctive design aesthetic.
The Superstar ADV by Dime, one of the standout pieces in the collection, is a reimagination of the classic Adidas Superstar sneaker. The shoe, priced at $100 USD, features the “Wave design” vertically up the rear heel, metallic gold co-branding and the debossed tonal restoration graphic on the tongue.
The collection also includes a matching Superfire track top and track pant, ranging from $85-100 USD, offering subtle nods to the sneaker’s design and arriving in black and pale blue hues. Both offerings are made using sustainable materials, with the tracksuit crafted from a recycled polyester and cotton mix.
Dime’s Mark Regimbal share in the collection notes: “It’s both humbling and an incredible honor to have partnered with a global and respected brand like adidas Skateboarding for this collection. We had full access to their deep catalog and resources that opened our world to endless artistic possibilities.”
The adidas Dime Collection will be available exclusively for purchase on May 13 via Dime’s website, and worldwide on May 15 via adidas, the CONFIRMED app and select skate specialty retailers.
