The star took to Instagram to evoke nostalgic memories of her time in the hit music band No Doubt, the ’90s skinny brow and what we’re assuming from the black and white photo is a dark-colored lipstick. For this beauty editor, what stands out the most is her playful hairstyle that ruled the forever youthful feel of the ’90s. Regardless of what “trend enthusiasts” take to socials to resurface, especially on the hairstyle front, the ’90s were a time of spikey hair and pigtail hair looks.
