We all know that Lupita Nyong’o is a stunning queen whose face card never declines. Not only is she a phenomenal actor, but on the beauty front, she’s known to be fearless with her glam and hairstyle displays. It is no shocker that she has recently taken to social media to reveal the chopping off of her tresses — in fact, we’re all trying to figure out why she is so stunning.
Lupita shaved her hair completely off to a low buzz fade, and according to her caption on Instagram, she likes it that way, and we couldn’t agree more. The Black Panther star wrote: “Application for the Dora Milaje submitted.” In proper Queen form, she gave a subtle call to action to all the boss babes from Wakanda who are bald baddies.
A few weeks ago, Lupita took to IG to bid adieu to her locs with the help of stylist Vernon Francois. She said: “It’s time to let you go, it’s sad, it’s oh so sad, you’ve been so good to me, you’ve been so thick, for the first time in my life, I’m gonna miss you, come back again.”
