Uniting the worlds of sports and fashion, the collaborations champion women in business as a majority of the brands are women-led. “Each brand brings a different element to the table, providing fans with an array of ways to bridge their love for the team with pieces from some of their favorite brands. The fact that most are women-owned businesses adds an element of empowerment and inspiration which our team also represents,” Maribeth Towers, U.S. Soccer’s Vice President of Consumer Products shares in an exclusive press release.
The unique launch features limited-edition clothing and accessories from each brand. UNDEFEATED delivers a special cut and sew capsule, comprised of a T-shirt, crew neck sweatshirt and hat, flaunting the team’s iconic logo. Mejuri offers its signature effortless elegance in the form of a dainty, single stone necklace.
Meanwhile, Samii Ryan’s collection features an oversized T-shirt, bodysuit and bucket hat, alongside a vibrant blue satin jacket and matching pants. Stoney Clover Lane’s addition welcomes versatile travel bags with playful patches, including a Pride-themed USWNT logo and the motivational “Always Possible.” RE–INC provides a bandana inspired by the vast starry skies in Australia and New Zealand, nodding to the brand’s “Written in the Stars” World Cup collection.
The collaborations will launch one at time, each day this week, starting off with UNDEFEATED‘s collection dropping on July 17. Samii Ryan‘s capsule will arrive on July 18, while Mejuri‘s necklace will be released on July 19. The week closes out with Stoney Clover Lane‘s collection debuting on July 20, with RE–INC ending the special launch on July 21.
