New Balance Made in UK Welcomes the 576 and 991 to the "Contemporary Luxe" Pack

Inspired by car interiors.

New Balance is leaning into the old money aesthetic with the addition of the crisp and clean 576 and 991 sneakers to the Contemporary Luxe collection.

The minimalistic footwear duo arrives in mostly monochromatic colorways featuring “Moonstone” and “Pumice” detailing. The sleek and simple color palette emphasizes the meticulously crafted silhouettes as the 576 is comprised of premium leather and synthetic materials. Gray ridges wrap around the heel, resting on top of ENCAP midsole cushioning. A motion control CR device aids in functionality, supplying extra control and comfort for the wearer. Branding quietly announces itself on the tongue, heel counter and sides.

The 991 adopts a purely aerodynamic shape, thanks to its textural ABZORD midsole, which offers superior support. It should come as no surprise that car interiors have inspired the leather and synthetic construction, resulting in a truly luxe aesthetic.

Take a closer look at the New Balance Made in UK “Contemporary Luxe” pack in the gallery above. The collection will be available to shop via New Balance’s website from September 20.
