Timberland Heads to the Trails With Its FW23 "Venture Out" Collection
In collaboration with New York-based women’s hiking collective Hike Clerb.
Designed for women on-the-move, whether it be in creeks or city streets, Timberland announced the expansion of it’s outdoor styles in a collection aptly dubbed “Venture Out.” Comprised of the Women’s Benton 3-in-1 Jacket, DWR Belted Pant and DWR Pant with Cordura® Fabric, the offering seeks to keep you safe and comfortable in all of your adventures. Alongside the clothing, the collection offers two silhouettes of hiking boots, the Timberland Greenstride Motion 6 Mid Waterproof Leather and the Fabric Hiker with waterproof protection.
To complement the launch, Timberland collaborated with New-York based hike collective Hike Clerb and invited Hypebae to join for the ride.
Timberland and Hike Clerb Founder Evelynn Escobar hosted us at Treetop Journeys for a camping weekend of hiking in the Adirondack Mountains, swimming at Colgate Lake and testing the new Timberland Greenstride Motion 6 Mid Waterproof Leather and Fabric Hiker and other outdoor and lifestyle pieces.
We packed for glamping and brought way too many cute outfits and new sneakers, only to be met with the reality that it was indeed a real deal camping experience. We had the wonderful Magdalena O’Neal make us a five-course meal every night and Timberland came in clutch, prepared with their new “Venture Out” collection for us to wear.
Other than the hiking boots, which were an absolute must for our hike, the Women’s Cropped Funnel-Neck Fleece Jacket was ideal for chillier nights.
As Hike Clerb’s second New York activation and Timberland’s 50th anniversary, the weekend was full of laughter and a hefty helping of special moments.
