Celebrity couple Teyana Taylor and Iman Shumpert have reportedly ended their relationship.
According to an Instagram post from Taylor herself, “Iman and I are separated and have been for a while.” In the heartfelt message, she shuts down all rumors of infidelity with a sweet “not too much on my bestie!” Despite rumors, the pair will also remain business partners and co-parents as they’re a “hell of a team,” and “most importantly, family,” she added.
Apparently, the former couple has taken the time to consciously uncouple, a form of therapy that supports the breakup process. Although the news is not the public’s business, — her words — the recent cheating rumors have forced her to make a statement. “We just keep y’all a-ses out the group chat,” she joked.

Despite sharing her heartfelt caption to protect their conscious uncoupling, a TikTok resurfaced which has fueled infidelity rumors even further. According to rumors, Taylor was hospitalized due to the aftermath of Shumpert’s cheating, which resulted in her canceling a 2021 show. However, as Taylor confirms in her caption, there was no cheating and “the only reason I’m even sharing THIS part of the chat is because the narratives are getting a little out of hand.”
