Siren Basics Releases "Double Mesh" Collection

Inspired by feminine energy and the Yin and Yang.

Sister-owned lingerie label, Siren Basics, unveils a new collection ahead of Valentine’s Day.

Launching February 14, “Double Mesh” flirts with the “concept of Yin-Yang” and the balance of feminine energy. Bringing the concept to life, are The Goza Twins, Mikela and Jillian, who perfectly “emulate this yin-yang, complementary energy,” the brand’s rep shared.

Donning Siren’s double layered mesh bottoms and other double-layer silhouettes that “conceptualize the idea of reflections and projections,” the creative team used angled mirrors and tethered camcorders to a television, for a reflective, yet intimate effect. “Double Mesh” also features its first-ever bras, releasing at a later undisclosed date.

According to the brand, featuring Asian models, the Goza Twins, was intentional to celebrate Siren’s founders Asian heritage, especially during Lunar New Year. For those unfamiliar, Siren was founded by the Liang sisters in 2021, and its name is a “phonetic take on the Chinese word 私人的 Sīrénde, which directly translates to private. Their innate aversion for ‘the way things are” inspired the sisters to create a world around “Siren” where they can toy with this idea of privacy, the founders shared.
