Spanish label Paloma Wool presented its Fall/Winter 2024 collection during Paris Fashion Week this season, evolving its sheer femme aesthetic for a new season. Building on its sophisticated, versatile offering, the new collection sees the brand updating its take on streetwear with new technical materials, still playing with layering, texture and density.

Heavy leathers are contrasted by sheer skirts and trousers, while ruched leather boots sandwich the delicate, feminine layers. Elsewhere, slinky draped dresses are worn both alone and layered on top of thin knitwear, with elements of sportswear found peeking through. Rugby-style shirts, drawstring shorts and numbered jerseys are paired with translucent chiffon fabrics, and layered with lurex knits, casual tees and soft ribbed fabrics.

Once again, the showcase began with a performance directed by long-term collaborator Carlota Guerrero, which saw a group of women carrying out an “experimental pétanque game.”

Check out some of the standout looks from Paloma Wool FW24 above and while you’re here, take a look at Mugler’s PFW showcase.
