H&M Unveils a Glimpse of Its Upcoming Collaboration With Stella McCartney

Worn by Amelia Gray, Emily Ratajkowski and Yasmin Wijnaldum at the Fashion Awards.

This year’s Fashion Awards in London saw lots of announcements, from pregnancies and relationships to brand collaborations. One of those was H&M revealing its next designer collab with none other than Stella McCartney.

A glimpse of the upcoming collection was unveiled on the red carpet by Amelia Gray, Anitta, Emily Ratajkowski, Yasmin Wijnaldum, Bel Priestley, Alton Mason and Kiara Nirghin, all dressed in the forthcoming looks. The collection celebrates McCartney’s design DNA, with an archival mood that nods to the early 2000s with signature sparkles and lace.

Emily Ratajkowski wore the ultimate LBD (little black dress) with a draped cape detail across the shoulders, while Amelia Gray shone in a sparkly lace and crystal-effect mini dress in beige with a loosely slung belt so reminiscent of the noughties. Yasmin Wijnaldum wore a floor-length slip of the same material featuring a halter neck, and Anitta was fitted in a custom twist on an upcoming collection item: a red gown with a looping silhouette connecting shoulder to hemline. There was no shortage of glamor here.

The announcement comes almost exactly 20 years after Stella McCartney and H&M’s debut partnership launched in November 2005, the brand’s second-ever design collaboration. The capsule will launch in Spring 2026 and features pieces made with sustainably crafted materials. A key part of the collaboration also involves starting up a new Insights Board, which will bring together diverse voices across the industry to create a space for discussing change and raising awareness for welfare and innovation-driven solutions.

McCartney shared, “Reworking pieces from my archive brought back so much energy and joy. This second partnership feels like a chance to look at how far we’ve come on sustainability, cruelty-free practices and conscious designs – and to stay honest about how far we still have to go – together.” Ann-Sofie Johansson at H&M added, “Stella’s moral compass and tireless commitment to sustainable practices have long inspired all of us at H&M, so it’s an honour to partner with her on such an ambitious project.”

The collection will be available in Spring 2026, both online and in stores.
