Grammy-nominated artist Rico Nasty has just released the second single from her upcoming albumLETHAL.

Titled “ON THE LOW,” the new trap-pop single takes a sweeter turn than the project’s first, “TEETHSUCKER (YEA3X).” According to Rico, she wrote “ON THE LOW” for the girls. “It’s been one of my favorite songs on the record,” she said, “and shows a different side to the album than TEETHSUCKER I think. She’s sweeter and cuter but just as LETHAL!!”

As the rap world’s favorite rock star, her return to music is highly anticipated and already delivering a mood for every girlie. The upcoming album is executive produced by Grammy nominated producer Imad Royal, and features “the hallmarks of a Rico Nasty record — female rage, heavy guitars, humor — but there are also notes of femininity, introspection and a more complex framing of all the angles of Rico – the performer, the mother, the adult,” the press release stated.

The D.C.-born artist released her latest albums Nightmare Vacation in 2020 and Las Ruinas in 2022. Las Ruinas was followed by a three-year hiatus, which the exclusive press release reveals was a much-needed ego death.

Stay tuned for album updates and keep reading for the full list of features.
