From 'Be My Baby' To ‘Euphoria,’ Zendaya Is About To Take Over 2026

Here’s what’s next for the A-lister.

On March 26, news broke that Zendaya landed her next role, this time in A24‘s upcoming film: Be My Baby. The film is a Barry Jenkins directed biopic on 1960s music icon Ronnie Spector who co-founded and led the NY-bred girl group, The Ronnettes. The announcement points to another big win for the A-lister, however, this isn’t her only iconic upcoming role as the actor is booked and busy.

In 2026, Zendaya is set to star in the next Shrek film, The Odyssey directed by Christopher Nolan, Dune 3Spider-Man 4 and the third season of Euphoria (although the date is to be determined). The new additions to her portfolio point to an undeniable truth: between her upcoming roles and press tour looks, her A-list status is secured.

Variety reported, “Be My Baby will be adapted from the 1990 memoir ‘Be My Baby: How I Survived Mascara, Miniskirts, and Madness, or, My Life as a Fabulous Ronette’ that Spector wrote with Vince Waldron. However, the film is expected to focus on the singer’s life with the troubled producer Phil Spector.”

Fans are highly anticipating news of her Euphoria return, too. A date has yet to be announced for Season 3 of Euphoria but it has been confirmed that Zendaya is currently filming. Recently, behind-the-scenes photos were leaked, revealing that the new batch of episodes will feature a new girlfriend — sorry Jules. Her Season 3 love interest has yet to be announced, however, the leaked scene is juicy, teasing that despite the three year show hiatus, Rue has yet to find healthy love. If you’re wondering if she escaped the trafficker, first looks have not teased any details from this plot.
