Peggy Gou Is Serving Horse Girl in New Beauty of Joseon Campaign

In honor of the K-beauty brand’s Day Dew sunscreen.

Peggy Gou is the newest face of Beauty of Joseon. After the brand launched the Day Dew Sunscreen and announced its U.S. partnership with Sephora, the artist was tapped to star in the “Not Our First Rodeo” campaign. While the campaign is a celebration of the new SPF, it’s also a symbol of Beauty of Joseon’s push to the global market.

Korean DJ and producer Peggy Gou was recently appointed as Beauty of Joseon’s newest global ambassador. Citing her international popularity and undeniable influence on the music scene, the brand officially announced the partnership with a series of horse girl-inspired visuals. Harping on the star’s signature dark feminine aesthetic and the Day Dew Sunscreen’s glowy properties, the campaign represents duality and skin-first simplicity.

The new Day Dew Sunscreen SPF 50 provides broad spectrum UV protection while also leaving your skin with a gorgeous dewy finish. Its formulated with skincare ingredients like hyaluronic acid and niacinamide to hydrate while it protects. Plus, its cloud-like texture melts into the skin and won’t weigh you down — so it’ll seamlessly fit into your usual morning skincare routine.

The sunscreen retails for $18 USD and is available to purchase on Sephora’s website, along with the rest of Beauty of Joseon’s cult-favorite skincare lineup.
