KATSEYE and Laneige Are a Match Made in Heaven

The beauty brand tapped KATSEYE to be its new global partner.

Cult K-beauty brand Laneige has just announced Grammy-nominated girl group KATSEYE as its global partner. In honor of the collaboration, KATSEYE is the face of the brand’s newest launch, the JuicePop Box Lip Tint. For the campaign, Laneige is tapping into the unique personalities of each member, along with the tint’s music-inspired shade range.

“Teaming up with KATSEYE, a globally connected, diverse and vibrant K‐Pop‐inspired group, brings this launch to life in an authentic and electric way. Each member embodies creativity, confidence and their own unique vibe,” the brand says in a press release. For the launch of the JuicePop Box Lip Tint, each KATSEYE member is assigned a shade that reflects their personality and creative energy — set to the group’s “Internet Girl.”

Categorized by its lightweight formula and up to 12 hours of wear, the JuicePop Box Lip Tint locks in hydration and leaves behind an all-day tint. As for shades, “Red Classic” is paired up with Sophia because of her bold confidence and leadership. Next, “Pop Star Peach” is inspired by Manon’s it-girl reputation and natural star presence. “DJ Plum,” a deep purple, symbolizes Lara’s passion for the creative process. Meanwhile, the rosy brown shade “Jazzy Jam” mirrors Megan’s precise movement. Lastly, “Disco Coral” captures Daniela’s deep roots in dance and “LoFi Mauve” reflects Yoonchae’s calm and collected attitude.

The JuicePop Box Lip Tint retails for $23 USD and is available for purchase on the brand’s website starting January 27.
