Australian swimwear brand Kulani Kinis has been on a roll recently, dropping campaigns with Nicolandria, and now announcing its first-ever athlete partnership. Bringing elite surfer Zoë McDougall into the fold, this pairing was made to be. Breaking the news with a new campaign, “The Girls Who Go First,” this partnership is all about girl power and positivity.
McDougall rocks some of the brand’s latest designs for her Kulani Kinis debut, matching floral bikinis to the fins on her surfboard for the free-spirited campaign. Each look is highlights the best aspects of the brand. Fun, beach-ready prints in bright shades of green, pink, red and blue. A Kulani ‘kini is all about the details, from crocheted hems to beaded straps and ruched waistbands.
In a press release, McDougall shared her excitement around joining forces with the brand saying “I’m so thrilled about this new partnership with Kulani Kinis because of their bright, bold, and uplifting message. I am so inspired by their backstory and female founder Dani, as well as all the amazing women at the brand. It feels like family already.
