Harry Styles Set To Curate and Perform at London's Meltdown Festival
Taking the artistic reins for 11 days at the Southbank Centre.
The year of Harry Styles is officially upon us. Making his musical comeback after four years, the star announced a new album, a world tour, a performance at the BRITs and now he’s set to curate Meltdown Festival at the Southbank Centre in London.
The singer joins a long line of prestigious past curators, including David Bowie, Yoko Ono, Patti Smith, Nile Rodgers and many more. This year also marks a milestone, with Meltdown becoming the world’s longest-running artist-curated music festival, presented as part of the Southbank Centre’s 75th anniversary year.
Styles will take the artistic reins for 11 days to curate the annual multi-arts festival, which spans an 11-acre site. The singer’s curation will draw from his various influences, including pop, soul, electronic and rock, to emerging young British talent. Styles will also perform a headline concert himself, so if you missed out on tour tickets, this may be your chance to see the superstar live.
Speaking on his curatorship, Styles shared, “My goal as the curator is to share the music and art that I love, and to celebrate the rich history of the venue. We both share a passionate belief that music is a vital part of life.”
The festival will take place from June 11 to 21, 2026, with the full line-up and dates for ticket releases announced in Spring. Head to the festival’s website for more and to make sure you secure your spot.
