Chloe Kelly Is Barbie's Latest Role Model

Joining the Barbie Dream Team after a fairytale 2025.

Chloe Kelly is the first English women’s soccer player to be honored with her own Barbie doll, with her miniature replica arriving just before International Women’s Day. Joining a long list of inspiring women across industries as a Barbie Role Model, including Serena Williams, Pat McGrath and Kylie Minogue, the Lioness is immortalized in the dollhouse hall of fame.

The doll is designed in Kelly’s likeness, sporting the full kit she wore as she lifted the Women’s European Championship trophy for the second time last summer. Playing a pivotal role in England’s success and inspiring the next generation of Lionesses and female athletes in the process, this honor is well-deserved.

In a press release, Kelly said, “To have my own one-of-a-kind Barbie doll is something I’m incredibly proud of. Growing up, I dreamed about winning trophies and big moments in football, but I never imagined a different kind of milestone like this. I hope it shows young girls that they can grow up playing with Barbie dolls and with footballs, and that they don’t have to choose just one version of who they want to be. You can love it all.”

In other news, A’ja Wilson and Nike unveiled her new A’Two signature sneaker.
