Everything We Know About Simone Ashley's New Music Career
The ‘Bridgerton’ star just expanded her CV.
The multi-talented Simone Ashley is proving how unstoppable she is by taking on a new industry entirely. In her latest move, the actor announced she will be adding musician to her CV.
First capturing our hearts as “Kate Sharma” in the second season of Netflix’s Bridgerton, the star announced her music debut on Instagram, teasing fans with a behind-the-scenes clip of her in the studio captioned, “Here we go. 10th April.” We’re absolutely buzzing.

Ashley is not actually new to music, though. The star previously sang on “Cool to Be Kind” on The Night Before Christmas In Wonderland soundtrack. But this release does mark her solo debut.
In terms of what the track might sound like, your guess is as good as ours. There have been no audio teasers of the song yet, so the genre is still wide open, but we did hear a man’s voice in Ashley’s Instagram clip, so maybe a potential collaborator?
