Underdays Is Bringing Skincare Technology to Your Underwear Drawer
The new summer collection features a probiotic fabric innovation designed to support the skin’s natural microbiome.
London underwear label, Underdays, just put skincare in its undies. Yes, really. With the launch of its new summer collection, the brand is bringing dermatology innovation into the everyday underwear space. The pieces feature UNDERskin™, a probiotic fabric technology designed to support your skin’s natural microbiome. Powered by HeiQ Skin Care™, the treatment works directly on the fabric and is made to last for over 40 washes, offering a new approach to comfort and care.
Founded in 2021 by Amelie Salas and Oria Mackenzie, whose backgrounds span Burberry, Farfetch and Condé Nast, Underdays is the first underwear brand to introduce this class of skin microbiome tech into everyday essentials. The innovation has also been used by Coperni in its “C+” line, incorporating the tech into clothing pieces, highlighting the growing crossover between beauty, wellness and what we wear.
For its latest collection, Underdays continues to rethink the basics with pieces designed to combine functionality, comfort and a little extra self-care. As fashion continues to move beyond aesthetics, the brand is tapping into the growing demand for clothing that works with the body, not just on it. That’s not to say that the label compromised on style at all, with the collection released in a gorgeous array of warm sunset hues and its signature flattering cuts.
To celebrate the summer launch, Underdays hosted a night at Café Deco in London, bringing together guests for an evening of music, food and flowing summer cocktails. Head to the brand’s website to find out more and shop the new pieces.
