Your Favorite Nike Dad Shoe Wears a Snowman Disguise in Latest Release
The Air Monarch IV is dressed in a seasonal “Snow Day.”
2018 saw to the Dad shoe peak, and Nike entered the draw with its M2K Tekno and Air Monarch. The latter culminated in a Martine Rose collaboration in black and pink colorways.
The crisp white leather upper cool down with a metallic silver Swoosh and blue translucent outsole. The theme continues on with sherpa lining and an orange midsole detail, playing on a snowman’s carrot nose. The tongue also includes a nod to winter where the Monarch moniker replaces its “o” with snow.
The Air Monarch IV “Snow Day” arrives on December 18 on SNKRS Japan with a wider release on December 20 at Nike.com and select Nike stockists in China Korea and Europe. It will release via Nike SNKRS in North America in January.
