Unistella Turned Our Favorite High-Fashion Logo Trends of 2018 Into Nail Art

Ending the year in style.

2018 has been a pretty huge year in fashion. Between headline-grabbing role changes at the top of the world’s biggest luxury brands to larger-than-life trends like oversized sneakers and teeny sunglasses and micro-bags that dominated runways and high street stores alike, it feels like we haven’t gone a day without some fashion drama. Undoubtedly, the most prominent trend throughout was ’90s-inspired logo-mania so to cap off the year, we tapped nail artist Park EunKyung, more commonly known by her Instagram moniker Unistella, to transform the trend into eye-catching and wearable nail art.

The South Korean artist took on four luxury labels and picked out key elements from collections each brand presented this year to highlight as nail art. She teams together signature monograms like Gucci and Louis Vuitton‘s with rhinestones, stickers and nail jewellery to going bold with Fendi‘s over-the-top Fendi Mania FILA collab, matched by even more logo accessories like hanging letters and earrings and bringing it back to monochrome with Versace‘s timeless Medusa emblem, complemented by chic pearls. Unistella’s work has us simultaneously in awe of her steady hand and skills and reaching for the nail polish to try out the looks for ourselves.

Browse through Unistella’s top logo looks of 2018 above and get ready to feel inspired to create your own catwalk-worth nails. In related news, check out the biggest nail polish color trends for fall 2018.
