Scandinavian brand Axel Arigato is well known for its clean and minimal yet trend-driven approach to sneakers but for summer 2018, the label is stepping out of its comfort zone. For the first time, its expanding its footwear collection to include this season’s must-have piece – slides.
The unisex Tori slides arrive in five iterations – all-over dusky pink, pink with a black sole, baby blue, blue with a black sole, white and all-black. Each features a comfortable, molded rubber footbed that’s ideal for those spending long days on their feet, with contrasting Arigato branding placed upon the lateral side. Across the midfoot lies a single, wide calf leather strap that’s emblazoned with the brand’s signature embroidered bird, bringing an elegant edge to this summer staple.
